This is el Fuerte San Felipe del Morror or El Morro fortress, a military fortification built between 1540 & 1783. This fortress rises a majestic 140 feet above the sea, and here you will flying the flags of the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the Spanish military. If you have time to explore El Morro you will find a maze of secret access tunnels and dungeons.
