This was the view of the beach from my hotel room on the first day I arrived. There was an off-shore tropical storm and it was windy and rainy. Coming home from dinner, I passed a beach front in between hotels and out of curiousity I went to check it out. Sand whipped my body and left me running! Falling palm tree leaves came crashing down a foot away from my head!! It was a pretty interesting run home.
